Role description
The Technical Success Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success and reliability of Revolv’s turnkey electric vehicle solutions for commercial fleets. Reporting directly to the Director of Fleet Operations, this person will play a critical role in the deployment, performance, and optimization of EV fleets, with a focus on ensuring seamless integration of EVs, charging infrastructure, and telematics. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with exceptional technical and customer-facing skills, ready to help Revolv scale its operations during a period of rapid growth. This position is based in Los Angeles, with occasional travel to the San Francisco Bay Area. While not visiting customer sites, this role is remote.
Responsibilities
Technical diagnostics and resolution
- Support EV fleet deployment, ensuring seamless integration of vehicles, chargers and software.
- Conduct testing and optimization of charging infrastructure to ensure data reliability and system performance.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to EV performance, charging equipment and telematics systems.
- Provide direct support for technical escalations, including on-site troubleshooting when necessary.
Site readiness and driver training
- Support site evaluation and readiness for EV deployment.
- Aid in developing and delivering training programs for drivers and fleet managers on EV operations, including charging best practices, maintenance protocols and efficient driving techniques.
- Ensure compliance with emissions, safety and infrastructure standards at all sites
Fleet performance monitoring
- Monitor fleet performance through telematics and analytics, identifying opportunities to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
- Analyze and report on key performance metrics to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Proactively address operational inefficiencies and recommend technical and process enhancements.
Vendor and stakeholder management
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including maintenance providers, telematics partners, and charging solution suppliers.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers, internal teams, and external vendors to align on expectations, updates and deliverables.
- Ensure all technical solutions meet customer needs and align with Revolv’s operational standards.
Cross-functional collaboration
- Partner with Engineering, Product and Operations teams to continuously improve Revolv’s offerings.
- Provide customer feedback to internal teams to inform product development and operational enhancements.
- Support the Director of Operations with strategic initiatives and scaling efforts.
Required skills, knowledge & experience
- Proven experience in EV fleet deployment, charging infrastructure, and telematics systems.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex diagnostics and resolutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to train and educate non-technical users on complex systems.
- Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Located in Los Angeles, with the ability to travel to the Bay Area as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.

- Familiarity with data analytics tools and methodologies for fleet performance monitoring.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and operational best practices.
- Proficiency in managing vendor relationships and contract negotiations.
