Role description

We seek a foundational B2B enterprise marketing leader to join Revolv to lead our brand and marketing efforts. You will create a focused, results-driven marketing foundation that accelerates Revolv’s growth by generating demand, strengthening the brand, and effectively communicating the company’s value proposition to target audiences. An initial focus of on growth marketing and building a scalable marketing funnel while driving brand visibility and thought leadership in the electric vehicle space and establishing a foundation for future team expansion.

Responsibilities

Drive long-term quality growth through a creative and differentiated marketing strategy

  • Craft a blank-slate marketing strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Establish and execute actionable monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plan OKRs
  • Select and manage vendor activities supporting branding, marketing, and communications
  • Analyze and measure effectiveness of marketing initiatives and investments tune future strategy

Establish scalable marketing funnel

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for all digital marketing activities including PR, SEO, SEM, email, text, social media, and content marketing
  • Responsible for direct lead generation from digital and online channels
  • Develop campaigns and creating content (buyer guides, blogs, emails, landing pages, and more) that nurtures and converts cold audiences into sales-qualified leads
  • Partner with Customer Success to align insights with market opportunities and partnerships

Serve as the custodian of Revolv’s communication strategy across diverse mediums and channels

  • Elevate Revolv’s visual brand identity by developing persuasive, consistent, and creative content
  • Oversee the redesign of Revolv’s digital presence, including the website and social platforms
  • Create high-impact sales and marketing collateral to support business development
  • Serve as interim lead on all external PR and marketing communications
  • Support the team in building awareness of the importance of the brand while maintaining consistency, alignment, and effectiveness in all communication

Required skills, knowledge & experience

  • 15+ years leading Marketing for a high growth B2B firm
  • Creative and strategic leader that can both ideate and execute
  • Thrilled to dive into a dynamic start-up environment and excited to build and develop an emerging brand
  • Track record of growing professionally within a quickly scaling business and dynamic market
  • Exceptional communication skills across all formats, superb writing and copyediting skills, and an unparalleled ability to simplify the complex
  • Self-starter who is details obsessed and annoyingly thorough
  • Proven project and program management skills, capable of driving multiple diverse projects simultaneously
  • Passion for strengthening corporate culture and building community within a diverse workplace
  • Knowledgeable of digital marketing analytics and a curiosity and passion for data
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, 6Sense, Apollo

Preferred skills, knowledge & experience

  • Knowledge of EV competitive landscape, trends, and customer frictions to adoption
  • Experience creating and managing an online presence across platforms
  • Experience engaging with the PR and media communities
  • Experience organizing and managing events
