Meet the Revolv Team – Shelley Millar, Director of Customer Operations

We’d like to introduce you to our Director of Customer Operations, Shelley Millar. With decades long experience in operations and fleet management, Shelley is working to help deliver incredible customer service to each of our customers.

 

 

Meet the Revolv Team

What is your background?

I have over 15 years of experience as an Operations Leader and 10 years in the Fleet Management sector. I graduated from Humber College and I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.

What is your role at Revolv?

I am the Director of Customer Operations at Revolv where I am responsible for defining standard operating procedures for the Customer Success team and leveraging metrics and customer feedback to identify opportunities. I also design and implement process improvements and automation to enable the team to consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience and optimize operational efficiency.

What attracted you to Revolv?

It was an exciting opportunity to build an organization and to leverage my expertise in operations, change management and process improvement to drive our innovative business model. My passion also lies in fostering a strong, vibrant culture within the company, ensuring that our team thrives as we revolutionize the fleet industry.

What excites you the most about the EV fleet industry?

I am excited to be part of an industry that is not only transforming transportation but also making a significant positive impact on the environment. The rapid advancements in battery technology and infrastructure development, along with supportive government policies, are paving the way for a cleaner, more efficient future.

What do you see as the future of fleets?

With increasing integration of AI and smart technology, fleet operations will become more efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly. Revolv will prove to be an excellent partner to help our customers with the data-driven approaches for efficiency.

What is one fun fact about you?

I am passionate about my 50-acre hobby farm, where we maintain agricultural fields and forest management as well as beekeeping. This project is a labor of love, driven by my commitment to living a more sustainable lifestyle and reducing my environmental footprint. Through these efforts, I aim to contribute to the local agricultural community and promote practices that benefit both the environment and future generations.
